Hollywood’s suntanned, sunglasses-wearing legend is putting the finishing touches on the stage adaptation of “The Kid Stays in the Picture,” his scandalous 1994 memoir. Directed by Simon McBurney, of last season’s critical hit “The Encounter,” “The Kid Stays in the Picture” opens this week in London.
