It’s rare that I’m near Druid Hill Park in West Baltimore on a Sunday afternoon, but every now and then, when the fates conspire, I find myself riding along a nearby street at the exact same time as the infamous dirt bikers who’ve made a weekly ritual of streaking down Druid Park Drive toward Liberty Heights.
